Aspen Adams is a REALTOR for CENTURY 21 Holton Realty. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas in San Antonio in 2009 and an Associates degree in Paramedicine from Blinn in 2012. She worked as an EMT & Paramedic at St. Joseph EMS for 6 years and now teaches future paramedic candidates at Lone Star College. Obtaining her real estate license in 2016, she strives to work hard every day to further her education and experience. She is dedicated to giving her clients the highest level of service in achieving their real estate goals. She loves to spend time scuba diving, renovating her home and traveling the world. Having lived out-west most of my life (Alaska, California, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada and Utah), I am no stranger to cultural diversity and extreme climate change. I only wish it hadn't taken me so long to find Texas! I moved to Brenham in March of 2017 where I absolutely fell in love with the warm weather and southern charm! Outside of family and career, I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes swimming, hunting and fishing just to name a few of my hobbies. I began my real estate career in 2006 in Elko, Nevada and discovered my vocational passion. My Texas real estate portfolio includes Residential, Farm & Ranch, and Commercial properties in Washington and several surrounding counties. I firmly believe that although real estate is serious business, it doesn't have to be stressful and my ultimate goal goes far beyond just closing the deal. Melanie Holton is the Broker-Owner of CENTURY 21 Holton Realty. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston in 1994. She worked as a paralegal at one of the top international law firms in downtown Houston for 10 years before obtaining her real estate sales associate license in 2004. In 2004, she joined an independent real estate company where she remained the top producer for several years. She furthered her education by securing her broker license in 2011 so that she could focus her attention on operating a real estate company and a property management company. In 2012, she purchased the independent real estate company and made it her own by moving the office to a supreme location, implementing progress, and setting the stage for further improvements. In October 2014, she became an affiliate of the CENTURY 21® System and is proud to call her company CENTURY 21 Holton Realty. She strives to be the best in the industry and works hard every day to further her education and experience.
